Upon conception or successfully bidding for a project, it is subjected to a thorough engineering and managerial analysis to enable us understand its ramifications in terms of technical, material, time, human and financial budget requirements.

Because we understand that the strength of the project team is a critical success factor in the project, team selection is considered a vital aspect of the project planning process.

In selecting the project team, we leverage on our pool of experienced individual and corporate experts, most of whom have at different times been involved in our projects.
