Project Team

Metro Technicals' approach to building a project team is usually deliberate, procedural and scientific. Upon conception or successfully bidding for a project, it is subjected to a thorough engineering and managerial analysis to enable us understand its ramifications in terms of technical, material, time, human and financial budget requirements.

Because we understand that the strength of the project team is a critical success factor in the project, team selection is considered a vital aspect of the project planning process.

In selecting the project team, we leverage on our pool of experienced individual and corporate experts, most of whom have at different times been involved in our projects. The inclusion of hired expertise to support project execution is a standard and acceptable practice in engineering projects as no construction company (even the likes of Julius Berger) retains all professionals in all fields within its regular employment for obvious economic and sometimes, technical reasons.

However, as a young, dynamic, and goal-driven company, committed to establishing a good name and reputation over high profitability, we have managed to maintain staff strength in a mobilised state, ready to commence execution of construction projects on day one of award.

The profile of some key project team members are attached as listed below.
